This customer-facing role is ideal for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. As a Service Advisor, you will act as the key point of contact between customers and the workshop, ensuring a seamless service experience from vehicle check-in through to completion of repairs and servicing. Key Responsibilities * Greet customers and manage service bookings. * Accurately identify customer requirements and vehicle concerns. * Liaise with technicians and workshop staff regarding vehicle progress. * Provide customers with updates and obtain authorisation for additional work. * Prepare estimates, invoices, and service documentation. * Promote additional products and services where appropriate. * Ensure all work is completed to agreed timescales and customer expectations. * Handle customer queries and resolve issues professionally. * Maintain accurate records using the dealer management system. Candidate Requirements Essential * Previous experience as a Service Advisor within the automotive industry. * Excellent communication and customer service skills. * Strong organisational and administrative abilities. * Ability to work effectively under pressure in a busy environment. * Good IT and system skills. * Full UK driving licence. Desirable * Main dealer experience. * Knowledge of Kerridge, Pinnacle, Keyloop, or similar DMS systems. * Experience working to customer satisfaction and performance targets.
