Production Area Supervisor

Red Recruitment Group are recruiting for a Production Area Supervisor on behalf of a leading precision engineering and metal stamping manufacturer based in Redditch. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced manufacturing Team Leader or Supervisor to join a growing business supplying safety-critical components to the aerospace, automotive, defence and medical sectors. The Role You'll be responsible for leading a team of setters and operators within a busy press shop environment, ensuring production targets, quality standards and safety requirements are consistently achieved.
