Environmental, Health & Safety Manager  Based in Meath - Commutable from Cavan, Louth & North Dublin areas Excellent opportunity with a leading global Manufacturing business. Description We currently have an exciting opportunity for an Environmental, Health & Safety Site Manager to join the growing team. Reporting directly to site Management, you will be responsible for the overall direction of the EH&S onsite and managing site safety and environmental activities in line with relevant Group and regulatory requirements.  Roles And Responsibilities Embed the EPA's Corporate Governance Framework into the core of the business operations. Offer expert advice and support to management and employees on all environmental, health and safety matters Develop and implement environmental, health and safety policies and procedures that align with local regulations Manage, plan, schedule, govern and sustain an environmental, health & safety audit and surveillance structure to evaluate conformance to our environmental, health and safety polices and framework Conduct thorough incident investigations to uncover root causes, recommend corrective actions, and implement strategies to prevent future occurrences. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish clear safety goals, objectives, and performance metrics Design and deliver in-depth training programs to equip employees with knowledge of safe work practices, emergency protocols, and regulatory requirements. Qualifications / Education / Experience Min Education: Degree in Health & Safety / Environmental Field Experience adhering to EPA corporate framework 3+ Years Experience working in a standalone EHS role Strong people management and leadership skills.
