Senior Estimator | Groundworks/ Cut & Carve | London | Competitive Salary About the Client Our client is a well-established Sub-Contractor delivering, commercial, industrial and mixed-use developments in London as well as across mainland Europe. With a strong pipeline of projects and a reputation for quality and reliability, they work closely with developers and contractors to successfully deliver projects from concept through to completion. About the Role The client is looking for a Senior Estimator to join their pre-construction team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, analysing project specifications, and supporting the tendering process to ensure competitive and commercially viable bids. Key Responsibilities: * Preparing detailed cost estimates and tender submissions * Reviewing drawings, specifications, and project documentation * Obtaining and analysing subcontractor and supplier quotations * Identifying project risks and opportunities during the tender stage * Supporting the preparation of bills of quantities and cost plans * Working closely with pre-construction and commercial teams to develop competitive bids About the Requirements * Proven experience working as an Estimator within Groundworks as well as Cut & Carve * Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and pricing * Experience preparing tenders for residential, commercial, or mixed-use projects * Excellent numerical, analytical, and organisational skills * Ability to review technical drawings and specifications * Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management
