Foot Mobile Maintenance Engineer | FM Service Provider | London (Zones 1 & 2) | Up to £45,000 An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a well-established, family-run FM service provider based in London. CBW Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting Maintenance Engineers to cover a portfolio of approximately six commercial buildings across London Zones 1 & 2 (4 Buildings in The City and 2 in Mayfair). The successful candidates will have a proven track record in commercial building maintenance. This is a Foot Mobile position, requiring engineers to travel between multiple sites to deliver PPM and reactive maintenance across electrical and mechanical plant, with a particular emphasis on electrical maintenance. In return, the company offers a competitive salary of up to £45,000 per annum (dependent on experience and qualifications), along with overtime and ongoing training opportunities. Key Duties & Responsibilities Delivering PPM and reactive maintenance across the portfolio Emergency lighting testing and maintenance Servicing pumps, motors, seals, bearings, and compressors Air conditioning maintenance, including AHU's and FCU's (filter changes, cleaning) Chiller resets Monitoring the BMS (e.g. hot and cold checks) Keeping log books fully up to date Escorting specialist sub-contractors on site Assisting fellow engineers and providing technical supportHours of Work Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 17:00 Requirements City & Guilds / NVQ in Electrical or Mechanical Installation / Engineering (desirable) Copies of trade certificates (essential) Proven track record in commercial building maintenance Strong understanding of commercial building services Multi-skilled with good communication and customer service skills Comfortable working on a Foot Mobile basis across multiple sites (please note: no company vehicle is provided)Package Salary up to £45,000 (based on experience and qualifications) Zones 1 & 2 travel card Company-issued PDA 23 days holiday plus bank holidays Overtime available Training and development opportunities Contributory pension schemeTo apply, please send your CV to Dan Barber at CBW Staffing Solutions for further information
