As an Estimator Planner, you will benefit from: A varied, multi-faceted role with real responsibility Supportive management team Stable, permanent position in an established local business Opportunity to develop commercially and build strong client relationships As an Estimator Planner, your responsibilities will include: Accurately estimating machining jobs including processes, timings, and subcontractor costing Preparing quotations and following through with supporting documentation Sourcing and procuring raw materials, tooling, and consumables Acting as a key contact for customer accounts, providing order updates and resolving queries Supporting the sales team with technical insights and quotation development Using Microsoft Office 365 for documentation, task tracking, and planning As an Estimator Planner, your experience will include: A background as a qualified CNC Engineer with strong technical knowledge Proven experience in job estimating, purchasing, or customer service within manufacturing Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 Strong organisational and communication skills Experience in a subcontract machining environment (desirable) Familiarity with MRP/ERP systems (desirable) If you're ready to take your CNC expertise off the shop floor and into a role where you can build lasting client relationships and shape the commercial side of the business, we'd love to hear from you.
