Groundworks Foreman

Location Heathrow, West London Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Groundworks Foreman to manage and oversee all groundworks operations on a busy construction project based in Heathrow. The successful candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering and site supervision, with proven experience delivering groundworks packages including drainage, foundations, and external works. Key Responsibilities * Supervising groundworks gangs and subcontractors on site * Managing day-to-day site operations safely and efficiently * Overseeing all groundworks activities including drainage, foundations, ducting, earthworks, and external works * Delivery of paving, kerbing, edging, and finishing works to specification * Reading and interpreting drawings and construction plans * Coordinating labour, plant, and materials * Ensuring strict compliance with Health & Safety regulations * Conducting toolbox talks and site briefings * Liaising with site management, engineers, and client representatives * Monitoring progress and reporting updates to senior management Requirements * CSCS Gold Card – Essential * SMSTS – Essential * First Aid at Work – Desirable * Temporary Works Co-ordinator – Desirable * CAT & Genny – Desirable * Strong background in groundworks, drainage, and external works packages * Experience delivering paving and kerbing works * Ability to read and interpret drawings * Strong leadership and communication skills If interested please apply now and contact Luke Thompson for more details
