COMMERCIAL INTERNAL/EXTERNAL REFURB - 20 WEEK CONTRACT - START JUNE 2026* We're Hiring: Freelance Site Manager Location: Manchester Sectors: Commercial Dayrate: £270 - £290 per day Duration: 20 week contract We are looking for a Freelance Site Manager for an upcoming commercial internal/external refurbishment for one of our clients on a site in Manchester City Centre, starting in June 2026 for 20 weeks. Duties as a Freelance Site Manager: Oversee internal/external refurbishment of a commercial building including fitout, windows, doors etc Work and liaise with client regularly Manage and oversee multiple trades and subcontractors on site Look after all H&S on site Monitor site progress and work alongside PM to ensure project is on trackRequired Qualifications/Experience as a Freelance Site Manager Experience as a Site Manager within commercial CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid, Asbestos Awareness Minimum of 4+ years experience in a Site Managers position UK driving licence and access to own vehicleWhat's on offer Day rate Weekly pay on a FridayHow to apply Please apply to this advert with your CV or call Sam on (phone number removed)
