Joining a well-established company with projects across the UK, you’ll work on the installation, servicing, maintenance, and refurbishment of escalators, travelators, and walkways for a wide range of clients. Covering locations across Birmingham, Manchester, and London, this role offers a mix of technical challenge, autonomy, and regular overtime opportunities to boost earnings. You’ll be supported with a company van, tools, uniform, and a collaborative team environment where practical expertise is genuinely valued. The role will involve: Installation, maintenance, and repair of escalators and walkways Diagnosing mechanical and electrical faults Conducting safety inspections and compliance checks Supporting customers on-site and resolving technical issues Participation in an on-call rota for weekends and bank holidaysTo be successful, you’ll need: NVQ Level 3 qualification Strong mechanical and electrical knowledge A full UK driving licence Experience troubleshooting escalator systems A proactive, problem-solving approachIn return, you’ll receive a competitive salary, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, pension scheme, regular overtime, and long-term career stability within a specialist engineering business.
