Site Manager Required in South East London GVR Solutions are currently representing a well-established main contractor, based in South East London, who are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join their team. As a main contractor they work on a range of refurbishment, extension, new build, and renovation projects across commercial, residential and public sectors. Their projects typically range from £200k-£4m in value. * £40K - £65K + package The Site Manager must have/be: * Proven experience delivering refurbishment, extension, new build and renovation projects * Strong background working for a main contractor * Minimum of 5+ years experience in Site Management * Ability to oversee day-to-day site operations and subcontractors * Strong health & safety awareness and site compliance knowledge * Excellent communication and leadership skills * SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid at Work * Experience working across commercial, residential, or public sector projects If you are interested in the above Site Manager role, then please get in touch
