Construction Manager

For a data centre in Bracknell, Berkshire, we need a mechanical Construction Supervisor for a fit out project. Duration is expected to be 6 months & this will start mid-June. You must be within commutable distance to Bracknell. Client Our client are a leading Mechanical, Electrical and Instrumentation contractor with projects in Ireland, Mainland Europe, the Nordics and the UK. They are involved in projects across many sectors such as Pharmaceutical, Data Centre, Healthcare, Education, Commercial, and Power Generation. Role Work is subcontracted out so we need the Supervisor to have experience managing subcontractors Must have good technical documentation knowledge Predominantly plant & equipment install Requirements Must have data centre experience Must be local enough to commute Conditions Negotiable PERM salary or hourly rate (contract) depending on preference 6 month duration initially 40-50 hours per week
