This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate Architectural Technologist to join a collaborative team environment, contributing to a variety of impactful projects within the education sector, while working closely with multidisciplinary teams across all RIBA stages. Responsibilities for this Architectural role: Leading and coordinating projects across all RIBA work stages Producing detailed technical, working, and tender drawing packages Preparing and submitting planning and building regulation applications Undertaking site surveys and attending site visits to monitor progress and compliance Working collaboratively with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure successful project delivery Supporting the integration of design and technical solutions to maintain design intent through to completion Key Requirements for this Architectural Technologist role: Degree in Architectural Technology or a related discipline Proven experience within a UK-based architectural practice Experience working on education projects (additional sector experience beneficial) Strong proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD Sound knowledge of UK Building Regulations, Building Safety Act, and CDM obligations Experience producing technical design packages and involvement in construction stages Excellent communication skills with the ability to work both independently and within a team Strong organisational skills with confidence in job running and project coordination What’s on Offer for this Architectural Technologist role: Competitive salary dependent on experience Flexible and hybrid working arrangements (including remote working options) Generous holiday allowance with options to increase entitlement over time Company pension scheme and financial benefits Ongoing CPD, training, and support for professional development (including memberships) A collaborative and supportive working environment with a strong focus on work-life balance Regular team socials, company events, and wellbeing initiatives Opportunity to be part of a forward-thinking, sustainability-driven practiceInterested?
