Service Supervisor £35,000 Basic Salary + Bonus Schemes Maidstone Permanent / Full Time Working Hours: * Monday to Friday: 8:00am – 6:00pm * 1 in 2 Saturdays: 8:00am – 1:00pm (paid in addition to basic salary) Join a Busy Aftersales Department We’re currently recruiting for an experienced and ambitious Service Supervisor to join a successful dealership in the Maidstone area. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong aftersales or service reception experience who is looking to step into a leadership role within a busy and professional service department. You’ll play a key role in supporting the day-to-day running of the aftersales operation, ensuring excellent customer service, smooth workshop flow and strong team performance. The Role * Supporting the daily operation of the service department * Supervising and supporting the front-of-house aftersales team * Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and service standards * Assisting with workshop loading and job allocation * Handling customer queries and resolving issues professionally * Supporting departmental performance, upselling and KPI achievement * Working closely with senior management on operational improvements * Maintaining strong manufacturer and company process standards What We’re Looking For * Previous experience within an automotive aftersales environment * Experience as a Service Advisor, Senior Service Advisor or Service Supervisor preferred * Strong leadership and organisational skills * Excellent customer service and communication ability * Professional, proactive and team-focused approach * Ability to work efficiently within a fast-paced department * Full UK Driving Licence preferred What’s On Offer * £35,000 basic salary * Departmental bonus scheme * Customer satisfaction bonus scheme * Upsell bonus scheme * Saturday overtime paid in addition to salary * Excellent progression opportunities within the business This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced aftersales professional looking to progress their career within a supportive and growing dealership environment.
