Internal Business Development Executive


We are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading and prestigious manufacturer of refurbished & remanufacturers of laptops, printers and ink based in Boston, Lincs. Due to their continued growth and development, they are seeking to employ an Internal Business Development Executive on a permanent basis. Hours will be either 8am – 4.30pm or 8.30am till 5pm – Monday to Friday. 42.5 hours a week which includes a ½ hour paid break. Competitive salary offered dependent on experience. This a Full-time / Permanent position. Propose of the role. They are looking for a motivated and results-driven Internal Business Development Executive to join their growing team. This role is focused on identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients. This would include resellers, schools & businesses. You will play a key role in driving company growth by developing leads, nurturing prospects, and maintaining strong client relationships. Key Responsibilities Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and networking. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients. Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system. Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to support campaigns and initiatives. Research target markets and identify potential customers. Requirements for the role Previous experience in business development, sales, or telesales is desirable but not essential as full training will be given. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Self-motivated with a proactive approach to achieving targets. Experience using CRM systems is desirable. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
