Benefits: Rate of pay £12.71 Weekly Pay Location: Sheffield, S9 Shift Day shift - Monday to Friday: Monday to Thursday 7:30am - 4pm & Friday 7:30am- 1:30pm Contract: Temporary Ongoing | Potential Temp to Perm Immediate Start Available Ongoing training and development Opportunity to secure a permanent contract Immediate starts available following a successful face-to-face interviewDuties & Responsibilities: Following training, duties will include: Preparing timber products ready for the spraying process Sanding, priming, and top coating products to a high standard Using water-based paints and stains Operating air-assisted spray guns Carrying out quality checks throughout the manufacturing process Working efficiently to production deadlines while maintaining attention to detail Maintaining a clean and safe working environmentCandidate Criteria: The ideal candidate will: Have a positive attitude and willingness to learn a new skill Be reliable, punctual, and able to commit to night shifts Have good attention to detail and take pride in producing quality work Be comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Be able to follow instructions and health & safety procedures Have previous experience within manufacturing, production, woodworking, spraying, or labouring environments (preferred but not essential) Be physically fit due to the nature of the roleIf you are looking to build a long-term career and learn a specialist trade with full training provided, we would love to hear from you.
