Mechanical Supervisor

Mechanical Supervisor We are currently seeking an experienced Mechanical Supervisor to join our team on a fast paced commercial refurbishment project. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and hands on supervisor with strong leadership skills and a solid mechanical background. Mechanical Supervisor Key Responsibilities * Supervise and coordinate mechanical installation works on site * Manage subcontractors and direct labour to ensure programme targets are achieved * Ensure all works are carried out safely and in line with company and site procedures * Conduct site inspections, toolbox talks, and quality checks * Liaise with project managers, engineers, and other trades on site * Monitor materials, deliveries, and workforce productivity * Maintain high standards of workmanship and health & safety compliance * Assist with commissioning and project handover where required Mechanical Supervisor Requirements * Proven experience as a Mechanical Supervisor on commercial projects * Background in commercial refurbishment projects preferred * Strong knowledge of HVAC, pipework, plumbing, and mechanical building services * SSSTS or SMSTS certification desirable * Valid CSCS card * Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications * Strong organisational and communication skills * Full UK driving licence required How to apply Please up load your up to date CV to apply for the Mechanical Supervisor position
