Recruitment Consultant 📍 Bradford 💰 £30,000 – £32,000 Basic Salary + Uncapped Commission 🏠 Hybrid Working – 2 Days from Home / 3 Days in the Office Are you an experienced recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building strong relationships with both clients and candidates? We are looking for a driven and ambitious Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team in Bradford. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a busy temps desk within a supportive and high-performing environment. We are open to candidates from any fast-paced recruitment sector, whether your background is Industrial, Commercial, Driving, Healthcare, Hospitality, Logistics, or another high-volume recruitment market. The Role: You will be responsible for managing and growing a busy temporary recruitment desk while delivering excellent service to both clients and candidates. Your responsibilities will include: * Managing a fast-paced temps desk * Building and developing client relationships * Winning new business opportunities * Sourcing, interviewing, and placing candidates * Managing bookings and candidate availability * Delivering a high level of customer service * Working towards individual and team targets This is a busy and rewarding role that would suit someone who enjoys working in a fast-moving environment and can effectively manage multiple priorities. About You: * Previous recruitment experience is essential * Experience managing a busy temps desk * Strong communication and relationship-building skills * Motivated and target-driven * Organised with excellent time management * A proactive and resilient approach We are happy to consider recruiters from any sector, provided you have experience working within a fast-paced recruitment environment.
