18 Rec is currently recruiting for experienced Multi Traders on behalf of a company we support within the social housing sector. Are you a skilled and reliable tradesperson with experience working within occupied and void social housing properties? Job Description: * Multi Trader – Social Housing * South London * £180 per day CIS * Van & Fuel Card Provided * Temp to Perm Opportunity The role will involve carrying out a variety of refurbishment and maintenance works across South London contracts, including: * Disrepair & damp works * Kitchen, bathroom & wet room installations * Decorating * Window & door repairs/installations * Brickwork, rendering & plastering * Carpet/vinyl flooring & cap and cove flooring with hot welds * Investigative works Requirements: * Previous experience within social housing * Multi-trade background * Full UK driving licence * NVQ desirable but not essential * Strong work ethic and attention to detail This is a great opportunity to join a professional and friendly refurbishment team with long-term work available.
