Project Manager - Facades We are working with a forward-thinking building envelope contractor with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality façade solutions across complex UK projects. The company has an impressive repeat client base and a strong pipeline of secured work, underpinned by a design and engineering-led approach. With a strong in-house capability, the business delivers full envelope packages up to £35m in value, specialising in rainscreen, cladding systems, curtain walling, and glazing. Annual turnover is circa £60m, with the majority of projects delivered within the M25. Key Project Information: * Projects valued up to £35m * Rainscreen, cladding systems, curtain walling, and glazing packages * Circa 75% new build schemes within the M25 * Façade remediation and principal contractor projects * Strong repeat client base and long-term framework relationships * Forward-thinking, design and engineering-led delivery model Role Responsibilities: * Manage delivery of façade packages including rainscreen, cladding systems, curtain walling, and glazing * Lead multiple live projects across London and surrounding M25 areas * Coordinate closely with in-house design and engineering teams to ensure buildable and efficient solutions * Act as key client-facing representative with Tier 1 main contractors and principal contractors * Oversee programme management, sequencing, and site delivery performance * Manage subcontractors, site teams, and supply chain partners * Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to specification * Support technical coordination including design reviews, RFIs, and submittals * Manage change control, variations, progress reporting, and commercial awareness * Maintain strong relationships with repeat clients and key stakeholders Candidate Requirements: * Proven experience as a Project Manager within façades / building envelope sector * Strong background in rainscreen cladding, curtain walling, glazing, and façade systems * Experience delivering new build and/or façade remediation projects * Experience working with Tier 1 main contractors or principal contractors * Strong technical understanding of façade installation and design coordination * Excellent programme management and site delivery capability * Commercially aware with strong contract understanding * Strong leadership and client-facing communication skills Package & Benefits: * £75,000 – £85,000 basic salary * Full package * Strong repeat client base and long-term secured workload * Forward-thinking, design and engineering-led business * High-profile M25 project portfolio * Clear progression within a £60m turnover growing contractor
