Your role will include: Providing nurturing, high‑quality care and education for children aged 3 months to 4 years Observing children’s development and maintaining accurate, up‑to‑date records Using Tapestry to document achievements and progress toward the Early Learning Goals Supporting children’s emotional, social, and cognitive development Working closely with parents and carers to ensure individual needs are met Collaborating with colleagues to create a positive, stimulating learning environment Ensuring all safeguarding and welfare requirements are met at all times What You Will Need A relevant early years qualification (e.g., NVQ Level 3 in Childcare or equivalent) Experience working with young children in a nursery or similar setting A genuine passion for early years education and child development Strong communication and teamwork skills A solid understanding of safeguarding and child protection practices Who Are Supply Desk?
