Mechanical Shift Engineer – Mayfair – £48,000 Location: Mayfair Salary: £48,000 per annum Shift Pattern: Continental Shift Pattern – Days Only Hours: 7:00am – 7:00pm We are currently recruiting for a Mechanical Shift Engineer to join a high-end corporate office building in the heart of Mayfair. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering planned and reactive mechanical maintenance across a modern corporate site, ensuring all plant and systems operate efficiently and safely. Key Responsibilities * Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance on mechanical building services equipment * Maintaining and repairing: * AHUs & FCUs * Pumps and motors * HVAC systems * Water treatment systems * Plumbing and pipework systems * BMS monitored plant * Supporting electrical engineers and subcontractors where required * Ensuring compliance with health & safety regulations and site procedures * Completing maintenance reports and updating CAFM systems accurately * Providing excellent client-facing service within a corporate environment Requirements * City & Guilds / NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent * Previous experience working within commercial building maintenance * Strong knowledge of HVAC and mechanical plant * Good fault-finding and problem-solving skills * Professional and client-facing approach * Experience within high-end corporate buildings beneficial Salary & Benefits * £48,000 basic salary * Continental shift pattern – days only * 20 shift annual leave * Perkbox platform * Auto Enrolment Pension Scheme * Life Insurance (x2 salary) * Vitality Private Health Insurance * Dental, Audio & Visual cover included * Electric Vehicle Scheme * Staff 0% Loan Scheme * Ongoing training and development * Excellent progression opportunities This is a fantastic opportunity for a Mechanical Engineer looking to join a professional and well-established company within a prestigious Mayfair location.
