Site Agent – Freelance Torcross, South Devon £500 – £560 per day PAYE (inclusive of holiday pay) 12-Month+ Contract A major coastal infrastructure scheme in South Devon is looking to appoint an experienced Site Agent to take the lead on a £12m coastal protection project in Torcross. This is a technically challenging marine scheme involving significant rock armour works, with a large proportion of operations delivered from the sea. Due to the logistical complexity and environmental sensitivities of the project, this role would suit a capable Site Agent or established Project Manager with strong civil engineering and NEC contract experience. The successful Site Agent will play a key role in managing site operations, overseeing subcontractors, coordinating marine logistics and ensuring contractual compliance throughout the lifecycle of the project.
