Cyber Security Architect – CIS Controls / Azure Security Contract | London | Hybrid We are hiring an experienced Cyber Security Architect to lead the implementation of CIS Critical Security Controls across a large enterprise environment. This is a hands-on security architecture role focused on Azure security, Zero Trust, IAM, cloud security, infrastructure hardening and enterprise security transformation. Key Responsibilities: • Design and implement enterprise security architecture aligned to CIS Controls v8 • Lead security-by-design initiatives across cloud, infrastructure and identity platforms • Drive implementation of Zero Trust, IAM, network segmentation and endpoint security • Integrate SIEM, EDR, vulnerability management and cloud security tooling • Support Azure security architecture, cloud migration and infrastructure hardening • Collaborate with infrastructure, DevOps and engineering teams • Present security risks, remediation plans and architecture strategy to senior stakeholders Key Skills: • CIS Controls / CIS Benchmarks • Azure Security Architecture • Zero Trust Architecture • IAM / Entra ID / Okta • SIEM / EDR / CrowdStrike / Sentinel / Splunk • Terraform / Ansible / Infrastructure as Code • Threat Modelling • Vulnerability Management • Network Segmentation • Cloud Security Preferred: • CISSP, CCSP or CISM • Experience within enterprise or regulated environments Ideal backgrounds include Security Architect, Cloud Security Architect, Infrastructure Security Architect, IAM Architect or Cyber Security Consultant.
