Commercial Manager

Commercial Manager – Central London £80,000 – £100,000 (DOE) We’re working with a well-established construction and civil engineering contractor who are looking to bring a Commercial Manager into their London team. They have a strong pipeline of work across concrete repairs, structural repair and civils, and this role will play a key part in overseeing the commercial performance of projects while supporting the wider commercial team. What you’ll be doing: Overseeing the commercial delivery of multiple projects from pre-construction through to final account Managing CVRs, forecasts, cashflow and reporting across your portfolio Leading on subcontractor procurement, negotiations and account management Managing variations, claims and final accounts Supporting the bid and tender process with commercial input Working closely with operational teams to ensure projects run efficiently and profitably Providing guidance and support to Quantity Surveyors and junior staff What they’re looking for: Experience in a Commercial Manager or Senior QS role within construction or civil engineering Strong understanding of contracts, commercial processes and risk management Ideally exposure to concrete repairs, structural repair or similar works Confident managing multiple projects and teams Good leadership and communication skills What’s on offer: £80k – £100k depending on experience Senior role within a busy, established London team Strong pipeline of technically interesting work Long-term opportunity within a growing businessFor more information, please apply below and someone from the team will be in touch
