Customer Service Advisor | Temp-to-Perm | Telford | £12.71ph Monday – Friday | 9:00am – 5:00pm We are recruiting for a growing healthcare e-commerce company looking for a compassionate and professional Customer Service Advisor to join their friendly team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and understands the importance of empathy, patience, and professionalism when supporting customers. The Role You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling a high volume of inbound calls and assisting with enquiries relating to orders, payments and general support. You will play a key role in delivering an outstanding customer experience while ensuring all customer information is handled securely and compliantly.
