Helpdesk Administrator Oxford | Monday-Friday, 5pm-10pm We're recruiting a customer-focused Helpdesk Administrator to join a busy support team within a fast-paced operational environment. This role involves handling incoming requests, logging and tracking jobs through internal systems, and ensuring queries are resolved efficiently while delivering excellent customer service. Key responsibilities: - Managing incoming calls and emails from customers and internal teams - Logging requests accurately onto internal systems - Monitoring and updating job progress through to completion - Coordinating with operational teams to ensure timely responses - Supporting emergency and priority requests when required - Maintaining accurate records and handling confidential information appropriately About you: - Previous administration, helpdesk, or customer service experience - Strong communication and organisational skills - Excellent attention to detail - Able to prioritise workloads in a busy environment - Team player with a proactive approach A great opportunity for someone looking for a part-time evening role within a supportive and fast-paced team environment
