Commercial Manager - Fresh Produce

This is a business going places. Fast. Redfox is working with a high-growth, award-winning fresh produce importer supplying into major UK retail, foodservice and wholesale markets. They’ve built a serious reputation in their category combining deep sector expertise, strong grower relationships, and relentless focus on quality, service and cost control. Now they need a Commercial Manager who can step in and own, grow and elevate key customer relationships. The Role This is a hands-on, commercially driven position where you will: * Take ownership of key retail-facing accounts and product categories * Build and develop strong, trust-based relationships across customers and growers * Drive sales, margin and category performance * Deliver accurate forecasting, pricing and commercial insight * Identify opportunities for growth, efficiency and innovation across the supply chain * Work cross-functionally with procurement, supply chain, technical and operations This is not about maintaining accounts.This is about developing them.
