Site Manager / Fit-Out Supervisor Location: UK Wide / Site Based Competitive Salary + Company Vehicle (DOE) Full Time | Permanent Rate: £250 per day About the Role Alpha Recruitment are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Site Manager / Fit-Out Supervisor to join a growing team working across shopfitting, fit-out and refurbishment projects. This is a hands-on role suited to someone with strong site management experience who is also willing to support trades on-site when required. The successful candidate will oversee day-to-day operations, manage subcontractors, maintain health & safety standards, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard. Key Responsibilities Conducting site inspections and monitoring subcontractors Compiling management reports on operational activities and site performance Maintaining high standards of Health & Safety across all projects Ensuring customer service and professionalism are central to all activities Organising labour, materials, and daily site operations Planning and coordinating works on site Leading and motivating teams on a daily basis Client management and communication when required Supervising contract activities to maximise productivity and profitabilityMonitoring project delivery, progression, and completion through regular site visits Ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to required quality standards Reading drawings, setting out works, identifying site issues, and implementing solutions RequirementsEssential: Previous Site Management experience Shopfitting, Fit-Out and Refurbishment experience Strong man-management and leadership skills Ability to read drawings and carry out setting out Good understanding of Health & Safety regulations Experience overseeing subcontractors and site operations Computer literate – Microsoft Teams, Excel & Word Full clean UK driving licence Fluent English – verbal and written Eligibility to work permanently in the UK Preferred Certifications: CSCS SMSTS / SSSTS Enhanced DBS PASMA / IPAF What We Offer Competitive salary package Permanent opportunity with career progression Supportive and professional working environment Training on company-specific systems and software Opportunity to work on exciting fit-out and refurbishment projects To apply, please submit your CV today or contact Rhianna on (phone number removed) for more information. #SiteManager #FitOut #Shopfitting #ConstructionJobs #Refurbishment #SiteSupervisor #HiringNow
