Quantity Surveyor

Quantity Surveyor – M&E We’re working with a leading construction contractor with an outstanding industry reputation and a turnover exceeding £100m, looking to appoint a Quantity Surveyor to join their fast-paced M&E business unit. This is a varied role working across multiple sectors with responsibility for commercial management from pre-construction through to final account. Projects & Sectors * New build housing estates * Schools, colleges, and universities * Private sector clients Scope of Works Projects typically include: * Full new build mechanical & electrical packages * Solar installations * Air Source Heat Pumps (ASHP) * Plant room renewals * Additional ASHP and solar upgrades to existing buildings Contract values range from £50k to £2.5m.
