We are looking for a proven multi-site retail leader to oversee a portfolio of stores across the Oxford, Swindon and Reading region. You will lead Store Managers, drive sales and service, improve standards and build a positive, high-performing culture across your area. This is a great opportunity for an experienced Area Manager, Regional Manager who enjoys being visible in stores, developing people and having real ownership of their region.
