Multi-Skilled Plumber Bristol £30,000 – £34,000 Full Time Permanent Monday–Friday (40 hours per week) An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Multi-Skilled Plumber to join a growing Facilities Management team supporting a large university campus in Bristol. This role is ideal for someone with strong plumbing and building maintenance experience who enjoys a varied workload, problem-solving, and working within a customer-focused environment. The Role The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across a range of mechanical and plumbing systems, ensuring buildings and equipment are maintained to a high standard. Key responsibilities include: * Planned preventative maintenance on mechanical and plumbing systems * Reactive repairs to plumbing, heating and ventilation systems * Fault finding and resolving technical maintenance issues * Minor building fabric repairs where required * Completing maintenance reports and electronic job records * Liaising with helpdesk teams and on-site stakeholders * Ensuring all works are completed safely and in line with regulations * Participating in an out-of-hours rota Requirements To be considered for this role, applicants should have: * NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing or higher * Minimum 3 years’ experience within building maintenance or facilities management * Experience with planned and reactive maintenance of mechanical systems * CSCS or ECS Card * Full UK Driving Licence * Strong communication and problem-solving skills What’s on Offer * Permanent, stable employment * Opportunity to work within a well-established and expanding FM business * Career development and progression opportunities * Supportive team environment * Competitive salary and benefits package To be considered for this role, please contact Ellie Benson on (phone number removed)/(phone number removed)
