We’re working with a growing Design & Build fit out contractor who are looking to appoint an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to join their expanding delivery team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a forward-thinking business delivering fast-paced commercial fit out and refurbishment projects across London and the South East, typically ranging up to £500k in value. The Role: You will be responsible for managing multiple mechanical projects from pre-construction through to handover, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget. Projects will include CAT A & CAT B commercial office fit outs, refurbishments and small works packages within occupied environments. Key Responsibilities: * Managing multiple mechanical fit out projects simultaneously * Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers and site teams * Overseeing programme delivery and project milestones * Managing health & safety and ensuring compliance on site * Attending client and site meetings * Reviewing drawings, technical submissions and specifications * Managing procurement and labour requirements * Producing progress reports and maintaining strong client relationships * Supporting projects through commissioning and final handover Requirements: * Previous experience as a Mechanical Project Manager within fit out, refurbishment or M&E contracting * Strong understanding of HVAC and mechanical building services * Experience delivering projects up to £500k * Ability to manage multiple fast-track projects simultaneously * Excellent client-facing and communication skills * Strong commercial awareness and organisational ability * SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid desirable What’s on Offer: * Opportunity to join a growing and ambitious D&B contractor * Varied and fast-paced project portfolio * Strong progression opportunities within the business * Supportive and collaborative team environment * Competitive salary and package If you're looking for a role where you can take ownership of projects and play a key part in a growing business, we’d be keen to discuss further
