Mechanical Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to join a major £12m CAT B commercial office fit-out project. The successful candidate will take ownership of the mechanical package from pre-construction through to commissioning and handover, ensuring delivery is safe, on programme, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities * Manage all mechanical services delivery on site * Coordinate subcontractors, consultants, and client teams * Drive programme, quality, and health & safety performance * Oversee commissioning, testing, and project handover * Manage procurement, variations, and package costs * Attend and lead project coordination meetings Requirements * Proven experience delivering CAT A / CAT B commercial fit-out projects * Strong mechanical building services background (HVAC, ventilation, pipework, BMS) * Experience managing projects/packages valued £5m+ * SMSTS and CSCS Manager Card essential * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Desirable * Experience in live commercial environments * Knowledge of BREEAM/WELL projects * BIM coordination experience Package * Competitive salary/day rate * Travel expenses * Bonus and benefits package
