Our client, an award‑winning media business, is seeking an experienced Account Manager to join their team. This is a results‑driven role, focused on influencing clients to invest in relevant campaigns and commercial solutions. Working closely with internal sales and delivery teams, you will play a key role in growing market share, increasing client retention, and driving sustained revenue growth across your accounts. Key Responsibilities * Build, maintain and actively manage a strong pipeline of account growth and new business opportunities * Identify, develop and convert new business leads * Grow existing client accounts * Develop and nurture long‑term relationships with both existing and new clients * Proven experience in account management, client services or partnerships * Strong communicator with excellent relationship‑building skills * Confident working across digital and social marketing channels * Highly organised with strong attention to detail * Comfortable managing multiple clients and deadlines * Experience with CRM systems; confident in producing content and briefs * Knowledge of or passion for the travel sector * Willing to attend industry events when required
