Photocopier Field Service Engineer Location: Kent Salary: DOE Morgan Jones is recruiting confidentially on behalf of a well-established technology services business. This is a key field-based role, supporting a loyal client base with the installation, maintenance and repair of multifunctional devices. Key responsibilities • Attend service calls within agreed response times • Diagnose, repair and install MFD/photocopier equipment • Aim for right-first-time resolution wherever possible • Complete PDI, setup and client handover to company standards • Train users clearly and confidently on device operation • Prioritise jobs in line with SLAs and changing demands • Accurately log work completed, parts used and outcomes • Proactively order parts and manage van stock levels • Maintain clean, professional machines and work areas • Communicate clearly with the office and wider team • Deliver a professional, solution-focused customer experience • Support the wider business when required, including basic client engagement What we’re looking for • Experience as a Photocopier or MFD Field Service Engineer • Strong fault-finding and organisational skills • Customer-focused, reliable and professional approach • Confident working independently in a field-based role • Full UK driving licence Performance is measured through SLA adherence, quality of work, customer feedback and overall reliability.
