Workshop Controller Yeovil £35,000 – £40,000 Company Benefits The Role We are looking for an experienced Workshop Controller to join a busy and well-established dealership in Yeovil. This is a key position responsible for overseeing the daily operation of the workshop, ensuring productivity, efficiency, and high levels of customer satisfaction. You’ll act as the link between the workshop and front-of-house, driving performance while maintaining quality and compliance standards. Key Responsibilities * Oversee the day-to-day running of the workshop * Allocate work efficiently to Technicians to maximise productivity * Monitor workshop loading and ensure deadlines are met * Ensure all work is completed to manufacturer and company standards * Support and motivate the workshop team to achieve targets * Liaise with Service Advisors on work progress and updates * Maintain health & safety standards across the workshop * Assist with quality control and final checks where required About You * Previous experience as a Workshop Controller or Senior Technician ready to step up * Strong leadership and organisational skills * Ability to manage a busy workshop environment * Excellent communication skills * Good technical knowledge across a range of vehicles * Full UK driving licence What’s in it for you? * Competitive salary with bonus potential * Stable, reputable dealership environment * Career progression opportunities * Supportive management team
