General Labourer

CSCS General Labourer - Rugby - Parking available on site (ideally must drive) O'Neill & Brennan is currently recruiting for a General Labourer to start work on a busy construction site in Rugby. Working hours are from 7:30am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday. These may be subject to change on site. This is ongoing work. Candidates must be drivers with a valid driving licence. All applicants must have a CSCS Card and a minimum of 1 year's labouring experience. You must be able to communicate with the site manager to obtain daily tasks. *Responsibilities* Assist with the preparation and clearing of construction sites Carry out manual handling tasks, including lifting and moving materials Operate basic tools and equipment safely under supervision Follow site safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment Support skilled tradespeople as required, ensuring efficient workflow Report any hazards or safety concerns to the site supervisor promptly *Benefits* Paid weekly (every Friday) £50 voucher - O&B Referral Scheme (ask for more details) Long-term work for the successful candidate Further training and upskilling available To be successful, the candidate must have: CSCS Card PPE (can be provided if required) Proof of right to work in the UK Full DBS check and references Must be a driver *How to apply* If you're interested in this position, please call our team on (phone number removed) or text (phone number removed) for more details.
