Assembly Operative

Job Title: Warehouse Assembly Operative Location: Bottesford, NG13 Salary: £12.71 – £13.50 per hour (depending on experience) Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm The Company: Our client is a well-established and growing business specialising in the design, supply, and installation of warehouse equipment. Due to continued growth, they are now looking to recruit a reliable and hands-on Warehouse Assembly Operative to join their team. The Role: This is a practical, fast-paced role working within a warehouse environment, assembling a range of equipment to specification. You will be responsible for ensuring all products are built accurately and safely in line with technical drawings and company standards. Key Responsibilities: * Assembling warehouse equipment using hand and power tools * Working from technical drawings and instructions to complete builds accurately * Ensuring all assembled products meet quality standards * Carrying out basic inspections and reporting any faults or discrepancies * Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment * Supporting general warehouse duties where required Requirements: * Previous experience in a warehouse assembly, production, or manufacturing role * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings * Competent in the use of hand and power tools * Good attention to detail and a strong work ethic * Ability to work both independently and as part of a team * FLT (Forklift Truck) licence preferred but not essential What’s on Offer: * Competitive hourly rate (£12.71 – £13.50 depending on experience) * Stable, full-time hours (Monday to Friday – no weekends) * Opportunity to join a growing and reputable company * Supportive team environment
