Air conditioning Engineer

Air Conditioning Engineer - London Location: London & Surrounding Areas Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 (DOE) + Overtime + Travel + Benefits Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent The Role We are currently seeking an experienced Air Conditioning Engineer to join a well-established HVAC company operating across London. This is a great opportunity for a skilled engineer to work across a variety of commercial sites, delivering high-quality service, maintenance, and installation support. You will be responsible for ensuring all systems operate efficiently while providing excellent service to clients. Key Responsibilities Service, maintenance, and repair of split, multi-split, and VRV/VRF systems Fault finding and diagnostics on a range of air conditioning equipment Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive works Assisting with installations and upgrades where required Working on associated systems including AHUs and ventilation systems Completing service reports and documentation Maintaining strong relationships with clients on-site Ensuring all work is completed in line with health & safety regulations Requirements Proven experience as an Air Conditioning Engineer / HVAC Engineer Strong knowledge of leading manufacturers such as Daikin, Mitsubishi Electric, Fujitsu, and LG F-Gas certification (essential) Relevant HVAC / Refrigeration qualifications (City & Guilds or equivalent) Full UK driving licence Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Desirable Experience working on large commercial contracts Basic electrical knowledge Experience with BMS systems Package & Benefits Salary up to £50,000 (DOE) Paid travel time Overtime available Company van & fuel card Pension scheme 25 days holiday + bank holidays Ongoing training and development Why Apply?
