Sales Support Administrator 12 Month FTC Salary: Dependent on experience Working Hours: Mon–Fri, 8:00am – 4:30pm (42.5 hours per week) Location: Gloucester Job Description Oversee a shared inbox, ensuring customer enquiries are responded to efficiently and prioritised appropriately Prepare and issue quotations while liaising with suppliers to progress requests Accurately process customer orders and maintain up-to-date records within internal systems Act as a key point of contact for customers via phone and email, delivering a high level of service Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment and timely communication of updatesEssential Experience / Skills / Qualifications Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Confident using IT systems, including CRM or ERP platforms High attention to detail with a methodical approach to tasks Ability to build effective working relationships across teamsIf you feel you’re a good fit for this position, please click ‘apply
