SEN Teacher Location: Barnet, EN5 Contract: Long-term/Permanent Salary: MPS/UPS + SEN Allowance (dependent on experience) Start Date: ASAP Commutable From: Edgware, Finchley, Enfield, Harrow, Borehamwood The Opportunity: Long Term Futures are seeking a passionate and experienced SEN Teacher to join a specialist Post-16 provision in the Barnet area. The setting supports young adults aged 16-24 with a range of complex needs, including Autism (ASD), learning difficulties, and communication needs, with a strong focus on independence, life skills, and preparing for adulthood. This is a highly rewarding opportunity to deliver meaningful, personalised education in a structured and supportive environment.
