What We’re Looking For: * Proven experience in commercial, business development, or account management roles. * Defence, Aerospace, Public Sector, or similar industry experience. * Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn insights into actionable strategies. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. * Knowledge of Procurement Act 2023, DEFCONs, DEFSTANs, and contract types (firm price, cost plus, framework agreements). * Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. * Strategic thinker able to manage multiple priorities and deliver results. * Currently hold or eligible for SC security clearance.
