Clinic Overview: These are well-established, high-demand primary care clinics with large existing patient bases and strong community need across London and Windsor (Ontario), and Mission (British Columbia). Many operate within integrated healthcare networks offering pharmacy services, chronic disease management, walk-in care, and coordinated referral pathways. These are modern, structured environments with experienced administrative and clinical support teams, designed to reduce operational burden and allow GPs to focus on patient care and continuity of medicine. Locations Overview: London, Ontario A growing regional healthcare hub with strong infrastructure, universities, specialist networks and family-oriented suburbs. Offers a balance of professional opportunities and lower living costs than Toronto. Windsor, Ontario An affordable city with lower housing costs, strong transport links and direct proximity to Detroit. Well-suited for doctors seeking an easier transition into Canada with strong community integration. Mission, British Columbia. Benefits Earning Potential and Package Overview: * Annual earnings: $400,000 – $800,000 CAD (approx. £220,000 – £430,000) per annum * Earnings models typically range from 75/25 to 80/20 billings splits * Sign-on and relocation support available up to CAD $11,000 (location-dependent) * 3-year contract with long-term growth opportunities * High patient volumes with established or rapidly growing patient panels * Flexible working patterns with strong income scalability * Full administrative, finance and operational support * Licensing and onboarding support provided for eligible candidates Requirements Key skills and requirements: * Commitment to high-quality, patient-centred care * Eligible for registration with the relevant provincial College of Physicians and Surgeons (e.g. CPSO or CPSBC) * Experience in family or walk-in practice settings preferred * Strong interest in relocation and long-term practice development in Canada * You must be qualified as a General Practitioner and registered with the GMC and UK Performers List or registered with the CPFC and CPSO Ready to take the next step in your medical career in Canada?
