Operations Manager / Construction Operations Manager / Site Operations Manager – Construction, Refurbishment & Social Housing Location: London & South East (Site-Based / Hybrid) Salary: Up to £90,000 DOE + Car Allowance + Package Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time We are seeking a highly experienced Operations Manager / Construction Operations Manager / Site Operations Manager to take full responsibility for the delivery of construction, refurbishment, and social housing projects across multiple live sites. This is a senior-level Operations Manager position within a growing main contractor environment, offering the opportunity to lead multi-site operations, drive programme performance, and ensure successful project delivery across a £20m–£50m+ portfolio. The successful Operations Manager will play a key leadership role in overseeing all site-based activity, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and compliance.
