Project Manager (FM / Maintenance – M&E Background) London & South £60,000 – £65,000 + Package We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join a leading Facilities Management and Maintenance provider, overseeing projects across London and the South. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven individual with a strong Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) background to take ownership of a diverse portfolio of works. The Role: As Project Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of FM and maintenance-related projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, and within budget. Projects will range from lifecycle replacements and refurbishments to reactive and planned works across commercial environments. Key Responsibilities: * Manage multiple FM and maintenance projects across London and the South * Oversee M&E works including HVAC, electrical systems, and building services * Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and company standards * Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams * Monitor project budgets, timelines, and performance * Build and maintain strong client relationships * Produce reports and provide regular project updates to stakeholders Requirements: * Proven experience as a Project Manager within FM, maintenance, or building services * Strong M&E (Mechanical & Electrical) background is essential * Experience delivering projects in commercial or corporate environments * Good understanding of health & safety and compliance standards * Excellent communication and organisational skills * Relevant qualifications (e.g. HNC/HND/Degree in Building Services, Engineering, or similar) preferred What’s on Offer: * Salary of £60,000 – £65,000 * Company package (car allowance, bonus, etc.) * Opportunity to work with a reputable and growing organisation * Career progression within a supportive team environment If you are a proactive Project Manager with a solid M&E background looking for your next challenge, we’d love to hear from you
