Key Responsibilities * Take ownership of a designated kitchen section and maintain high standards. * Prepare and present dishes in line with company specifications. * Support junior team members and assist with training where required. * Ensure all food safety and hygiene standards are consistently met. * Assist with stock control, ordering, and minimising waste. * Work collaboratively with the wider kitchen team to deliver smooth service. Key Requirements * Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Commis Chef ready to step up. * A genuine passion for food and high-quality ingredients. * Ability to work well under pressure in a busy kitchen environment. * Strong organisational and communication skills. * Knowledge of food safety and kitchen compliance standards. * Flexibility to relocate within the UK if required.
