Sales Executive – B2B Sales / Telesales / Business Development A growing, yet incredibly well-established, company that distributes its products UK-wide is expanding its B2B sales team and is looking for a Sales Executive with proven B2B sales experience. Suited to someone who is target-focused and happy to be on the phone and focus on account development and account growth. What’s in it for you? * Hours: Monday to Thursday 8.30am to 5pm; Friday 8.30am to 1pm * Salary: £24,000 - £25,000 – OTE c£27,000 * 25 days holiday plus bank holidays * Company pension * Employee discount * On-site parking Key Responsibilities (B2B Sales) * Generate new B2B business and account growth through outbound calls, targeting clients and successfully targeting leads into sales * Manage and grow a portfolio of B2B accounts, focusing on account management, account growth, and customer retention * Deliver sales revenue growth through upselling, cross-selling, and order value maximisation * Achieve and exceed sales targets, KPIs, and performance metrics * Manage the full b2b sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation through to closing, order processing, and account management * Build strong client relationships with decision-makers to support long-term relationships and ongoing business * Accurately record all sales activity on the CRM * Handle inbound B2B enquiries with a commercial mindset, aiming to convert queries into sales Skills and Experience * Proven experience in a B2B sales environment, ideally within telesales, internal sales, account management, or business development * Strong background in outbound B2B sales, with experience in closing sales over the phone * Demonstrated success in hitting or exceeding sales targets, KPIs, and revenue goals * Confident, persuasive communicator with the ability to build rapport quickly with business clients * Target-driven, resilient, and motivated to exceed sales goals * Commercially aware with a focus on revenue growth and customer lifetime value * Self-motivated with a proactive approach to business development and account management
