Mobile Maintenance Engineer - FM Service Provider - Mobile (London & M25) - Up to £45-50,000 Are you a Mobile Engineer ready for your next challenge? Looking to stay mobile across London and the M25? CBW Staffing Solutions is working with a well-established, family-run FM service provider to recruit two Mechanical/Electrical Maintenance Engineers. You'll cover a portfolio of approximately 10–15 commercial buildings across London and the M25. We're looking for mechanically biased engineers (C&G / NVQ qualified) with a proven track record in commercial building maintenance. You'll carry out PPM and reactive maintenance across a range of mechanical and electrical plant, with a particular focus on electrical and mechanical systems. In return, the company offers a competitive package of up to £50,000 (DOE), overtime, and ongoing training and development. Key Duties & Responsibilities Weekly Fire Alarm tests and logs Weekly AOV tests and logs L8 water hygiene monitoring Fan Coil Unit servicing HIU/CIU servicing (training provided) AHU servicing MVHR servicing Weekly/monthly generator tests and logs Weekly CHP checks and logs Monthly car park smoke ventilation tests and logs Monthly/annual emergency lighting tests and logs Supervision of sub-contractors Assisting with quotations for remedial works Participation in the call-out rota (currently 1 in 8)Hours of Work Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 17:00 Requirements City & Guilds / NVQ in Mechanical Engineering or Plumbing Copies of trade certificates (essential) Proven experience in commercial building maintenance Strong understanding of commercial building services Multi-skilled approach Excellent communication and customer service skillsPackage Salary up to £45,000–£50,000 (based on experience and qualifications) Company vehicle with fuel card and float Call-out rota (1 in 8) PDA provided 23 days holiday + bank holidays Overtime available Training and development opportunities Contributory pension schemePlease send your CV to Dan Barber  at Cbw Staffing Solutions for more information
