Warehouse Operative

e are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operative to join a busy and well‑organised warehouse operation. This is a hands‑on role suited to someone reliable, detail‑focused, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment, supporting both warehouse and production activities. Typical duties will include: * Handling and booking‑in incoming goods * Checking deliveries for accuracy and damage * Picking and packing orders accurately and efficiently * Kitting components for production and assembly teams * Maintaining accurate stock levels and assisting with stock counts * Moving materials safely within the warehouse * Ensuring housekeeping standards are maintained at all times * Following health & safety and quality procedures * Supporting general warehouse duties as required to meet business needs What We’re Looking For * Previous warehouse or stores experience preferred, but not essential * Good attention to detail and accuracy * Able to work well as part of a team * Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic * Comfortable with manual handling tasks * Basic IT skills an advantage What’s on Offer * Starting rate of £12.83 per hour * Pay increase to £13.21 per hour after 6 months * Stable, long‑term opportunity * Supportive working environment * Training provided Interested?
