We’re recruiting for a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join a high-performing engineering team at a busy production site in Maidstone. The Role: As a Maintenance Engineer, you’ll be responsible for keeping fast-paced production machinery running efficiently through reactive and planned maintenance. You’ll be involved in: Fault finding and repairs on production and packaging machinery Electrical fault finding, including checking inputs/outputs on PLC systems Planned preventative maintenance across site equipment Continuous improvement and reliability projects Supporting production to minimise downtime and maximise output What We’re Looking For: Multi-skilled engineer (electrical or mechanical bias welcomed) Comfortable fault finding electrically in a manufacturing environment Experience checking PLC inputs/outputs and diagnosing faults Previous experience in FMCG, food, packaging, or fast-paced manufacturing ideal Proactive attitude with a strong team ethic What’s On Offer: Competitive salary 10% annual bonus on top of salary 4 on 4 off shift pattern (days & nights)  Excellent overall benefits package Outstanding training and development opportunities Real progression routes across a global business with multiple UK sites
